At Central Power Tools your privacy is one of our chief concerns. At no time now or in the future, will we sell your personal information to a third party. We do all of our e-commerce on a secure server. You can be confident that your financial information will be safe and confidential while you do business with Central Power Tools online.
 
We will only use your personal information to get your order to you. For orders shipped directly from our suppliers, only your shipping address will be forwarded. Billing information will be kept between you and Central Power Tools. When you make a purchase, or create an account on our website, your information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format.
 
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
 
If the items purchased from Central Power Tools are found to be defective or misrepresented on this website, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the transaction, including shipping. Non defective items may be returned for a refund as outlined in our Returns Policy.
 
SHIPPING:
 
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
 
Merchandise will be shipped using UPS or FEDEX Ground Service where possible (sorry, No PO Boxes). Priority mail is available for APO and FPO addresses ONLY ( Thank you for your service to your country). In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers.
 
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or outside the Lower 48 states. We are reviewing options to allow us to do so in the future. Exceptions can be made, but we must be contacted for a shipping quot prior to placing the order. Otherwise, all orders placed outside the lower 48 states will be canceled and refunded. Please see our CONTACT US page if you have any questions on this policy.
 
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
 
If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions on Returning Merchandise. For more information see our returns policy.
 
If the shipper should return your order to us due to an error in the shipping address or because no one was available to receive the package, additional shipping charge will be required for us to re-ship the order to you. If you decide not to have the item reshipped, you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.
 
RETURNS:
 
Products can be returned to Central Power Tools within 15 days of shipment. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please email returns@centralpowertools.com to receive an RMA #. Products returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused.
 
   1. At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee depending on circumstances.
   2. Return shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
   3. Non-defective products will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging, and accessories.
   4. All returns must be returned to Central Power Tools or our suppliers, "postage paid" regardless of reason.
   5. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer.
   6. If the return is a result of our error or defects, original shipping charges will be refunded as well.
   7. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused, returned to sender, or non deliverable with no fault on our part.
   8. If you do not insure the return, we will not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your return, or other errors.
   9. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
  10. Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
 
  • Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  • Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
  • Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00, if shipped with other carriers,should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department or is damaged during return shipping.  Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
 
CANCELLATIONS:
 
Cancellation of all purchases must be made prior to processing for shipment. Otherwise refer to our return policy. Shipment generally occurs at within 24-48 of order placement Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
 
Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
 
If a problem exists with an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
