Q - How does Central Power Tools ensure the security credit card and personal information?
 
A - At Central Power Tools we do all of our e-commerce on a secure server. You can be feel confident that your financial information will be safe and confidential while you do business with Central Power Tools online.
 
We will only use your personal information to get your order to you. For orders shipped directly from our suppliers, only your shipping address will be forwarded. Billing information will be kept between you and Central Power Tools. When you make a purchase, or create an account on our website, your information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format.
 
Q - How fast are items shipped?
 
A - In most cases we’ll try ship your order on the same day if the item is stocked at our location. Otherwise, orders or orders shipped from our suppliers, are generally shipped the next business day subject to availability.
 
Q - Do you have available inventory information on your site?
 
A - Online inventory tracking information is not currently available. We will notify you if a product you order online is not available.
 
Q - What happens when something is out of stock?
 
A - If something you ordered is out of stock, you will be sent an email if the item is going to be more than a week before it is shipped. At that time, you can decide to leave the item on order or cancel the item or items.
 
Q - How can I submit comments or suggestions about the site?

Q - What should I do in the event I need to return merchandise?
 
A - All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Central Power Tool representative (Please open an RMA trouble ticket in My Account section to retrieve an RMA #. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused).
